Bootie Shakin’ Sexiness

I am a lover of men, not women but there is nothing wrong with admiring the female form and most of you will know by now that I am a huge fan of Kim Kardashian, who I think has got the most amazing body. Full breasts, small waist, big bootie, basicaly curves in all the right places and she FLAUNTS what her mama gave her (some may argue and say, the plastic surgeon!) like no one’s business, resulting in men drooling at her feet as well as women, me included. The girl is freakin’ fine and a goddess of femininity in my eyes.  Sometimes, I think I ought to have been born a boy… Hell I grew up playing with goats out in the fields,  climbing trees and catching snakes in the back yard so none of that Barbie playing shit or My Little Pony and one of the things I love to watch when it’s on is the UFC (mixed martial arts for those not in the know) so I might as well have been!  I perv over beautiful women and I am not ashamed to admit it. I like to not only see how they do their hair and makeup and analyze what they wear that makes their figure so siiiick but above all, I love seeing beautiful women in tiny oufits in music videos, especially if they have got curves made for killing. I’m not into all that skinny malarkey with waif like creatures who look like they cannot do even 10 proper push ups. ME LOVE SOME hot booties! With breasts! Toned, muscular legs! Thighs that could crush you if provoked!  Strong women, in accordance to the whole caveman mentality, who can carry their kids and sprint away from danger. THAT’s my kind of woman =)

4reOne of the things I love to do at the gym to maintain that bootie of mine (fortunately, I have not been cursed by the flat Asian ass syndrome) are squats. They are by far the most effective exercises you can do to have a perfectly round and firm butt.  In addition, dumbbell lunges, straight leg dead lifts, mountain climbers and Farmer’s Walk are often incorporated into my training regime.  And ladies, it’s a proven fact- exercises such as the ones just mentioned do not bulk you up! It’s a total myth.

Now let me leave you with a music video of one of the songs currently stuck in my head (how apt, considering the song’s title!!), I love it, it’s an awesome tune, whenever I hear it, I blast up the volume and have a little boogie by myself…..best of all, the girl in the video has got one of the most sensational asses I have ever seen in a music vid. HOT!

Hi Girl, been reading your blog and i gotta give you props! you are gorgeous and i love how honest you are and so positive! i wanted to ask you what are farmers walk and mountain climbers? i’m in a bad need of an ass that’s not flat! ;) also i ordered meladerm and am in my 2nd week of it and i’ve definately seeing results. the only thing is, while its getting rid if my little imperfections, my big scars have become even more noticable! :( do you think it will get rid of old bad bad acne scars? what else would you recommend besides sunscreen and exfoliation?   3. I do love them squats too! They’re great for building up a butt and for toning up. I use dumbbells though, not a barbell as I exercise at home. Great article, love this one, keep up the great blogging!

    I will explain what farmers walk and mountain climbers are. For mountain climbers, click on this link for a past post on this move. As for farmers walk, get a dumbbell in each hand and while keeping your arms at your sides, shoulders back and chest out, take a big lunge forward with one leg (ensuring your knee does not go over your toes) and kneel, rise again, return both feet together and proceed with the other leg with a big lunge forward and kneel again. Repeat until you have covered the length of a room.

    It takes skill and practice to maintain your balance when going from a knelt position to an upright one. It also takes balance and stamina to move about while carrying around extra weight. You’ll work many muscles in your body when performing the farmer’s walk: legs, arms, shoulders, back, glutes and abdominals. A great exercise all round! x
