I know that the following post hasn’t got anything to do with makeup/ beauty/ fitness stuff but thought I’d share my recent discovery with you as we are all “blessed” with the Time of the Month. A blessing to have for various reasons but a serious pain in the ass due to the hassles associated with it such as: bloatiness, cramps, mood swings, breakouts, etc. but we can all ease the suffering slightly by comfort eating to soothe the pain and irritability =D I personally, like to do just that and counteract it with a good training session to get the endorphins going.  But here’s something else to brighten those PMS blues…get this GORGEOUS little case that is especially made to carry our tampons and tote them around without the faintest hint of embarassment.

Don’t know about you, but when it comes to changing, I always take one so discreetly from my bag that it looks like I am doing something really dodgy at my desk.  I hate it. Also, I think one of my most embarassing moments at work was when I was struggling to get to the bottom of my handbag in front of my boss and when I went to toss out a few things to reach the bottom of it, a sealed tampon came flying out and landed by his feet. Talk about mortifying!!!!

I bumped into a girl at the building in the ladie’s toilets recently and she introduced her wonderful little case to me.
