For those who have been following my posts, you can probably tell by now that I am a strong advocate of curling your eyelashes to open your eyes a bit. Us Asian ladies are so blessed with almond shaped eyes that most of our Causasian counterparts wing their eyeliner out at the outer corner to give themselves a slanted, feline look. Some even go as far as get cosmetic surgery to get cat-like eyes.

We can regale in the fact that we are naturally born with this eye shape and one thing you can do to enhance them even more is by the application of eyeliner and mascara. However Asian lashes tend to be straight and sparse so to give us a helping hand, fake eyelashes are the best invention since fake tanning cream and concealer (in my opinion ). There are so many types of lashes out there on the market, each lending to a different look of varying lengths and depending on your mood, from natural flirty sets to dramatic BLING ones with fake diamonds on the tips. The choice is yours! As you can see here on the following Japanese scan, the difference is astounding, emphasizing our beautiful Asian eyes even more.
